Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Onyx.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@onyx-store.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@onyx-store.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@onyx-store.com.
